This is the Klaxon Sports Founding Giveaway (the Promotion), a free-entry promotion run by Klaxon Sports LLC. You can enter for free by joining our email list. Ten people win: one Grand Prize winner gets a Klaxon Sports lifetime subscription, and nine other people each win an annual subscription. The Grand Prize is awarded to the person who refers the most friends. The nine annual subscriptions are awarded by a random drawing. The full detail is below.
The Sponsor is Klaxon Sports LLC, 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Questions about the Promotion go to [email protected]. The Promotion is run only by the Sponsor.
The Promotion entry period (the Entry Period) begins when the Sponsor opens it, on or about 5 August 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. US Eastern Time on 19 August 2026. The Sponsor's computer clock is the official timekeeper. Sign-ups completed before the Entry Period opens are deemed received on the first day of the Entry Period and count as valid entries, including referral entries earned before that date. Entries submitted after the Entry Period ends are not eligible.
The Promotion is open worldwide to individuals who, at the time of entry, are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in their country, province, or state, whichever is greater.
The following may not enter or win:
One person may enter only once for the base entry, using one real email address. Using multiple identities, addresses, or accounts is not allowed and will void your entries.
Entry is free. Sign up to the Klaxon Sports email list during the Entry Period with a valid email address and tick the box to join. That gives you one (1) entry into the random drawing for the nine annual subscriptions. No purchase, no payment, and no referrals are required to receive this entry or to be eligible for the random drawing.
When you sign up you get a personal referral link. You are never required to refer anyone, but doing so helps you in two ways.
Bonus entries into the random drawing: for each friend who joins on your link and confirms their signup during the Entry Period (a verified referral), you receive three (3) extra entries into the random drawing for the nine annual subscriptions, plus one-time milestone bonuses of 5 entries at 3 verified referrals, 15 at 10, 40 at 25, and 100 at 50.
The Grand Prize: the one entrant with the most verified referrals at the close of the Entry Period wins the Grand Prize (the lifetime subscription). This is decided by effort, not by chance. If two or more entrants are tied, the Grand Prize goes to the one who reached that number first.
A referral is verified only when the referred person is a genuine, separate individual who signs up with a valid email and confirms. Self-referrals, fake or disposable emails, bots, duplicate accounts, purchased signups, and any other manipulation will be removed and may disqualify you. The Sponsor reviews the top referrers before awarding the Grand Prize and its determinations are final.
Ten (10) prizes, to ten different people:
Total ARV of all prizes: $1,030. Prizes are not transferable and there is no cash alternative. One prize per person, so the Grand Prize winner is not also entered for an annual subscription. The Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if it has to.
Grand Prize: the entrant with the most verified referrals at the close of the Entry Period, determined and verified by the Sponsor, on or about 20 August 2026.
Nine annual subscriptions: a random drawing from all eligible entries in the random-drawing pool (your base entry plus any bonus entries), held on or about 20 August 2026. The Grand Prize winner is removed from this drawing first, so the prizes go to ten different people. Having more entries gives you better odds but does not guarantee a win.
Winners who are residents of Canada must first correctly answer, unaided and within a set time, a mathematical skill-testing question before they can be awarded a prize.
The odds of winning one of the nine annual subscriptions depend on the total number of eligible entries in the random-drawing pool. The Grand Prize is not a matter of chance; it is awarded to the entrant with the most verified referrals.
Winners will be notified by email at the address on file within about 5 business days of the drawing. You must reply to confirm and claim your prize within 7 days of the notice. If a winner cannot be reached, does not reply in time, is found ineligible, or declines, that prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate.
Prizes are delivered as subscription access to the winner's account, normally at launch.
Each winner is responsible for any taxes on their prize. The Sponsor will report prize values where the law requires. Given the low value of a digital subscription, any tax is expected to be minimal, but it remains the winner's responsibility.
By entering you agree to play fair. Tampering with the Promotion, using bots or scripts, creating multiple or fake accounts, or otherwise abusing the entry or referral system voids your entries and may get you disqualified.
If fraud, a technical failure, or any cause beyond the Sponsor's control corrupts the running or fairness of the Promotion, the Sponsor may disqualify affected entries and may modify, suspend, or end the Promotion and award prizes from the eligible entries received. To the fullest extent allowed by law, by entering you release the Sponsor and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim or liability arising from the Promotion or any prize. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
This Promotion is run only by Klaxon Sports LLC. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any sports league, team, athlete, or any social media or other platform on which you may see or share it. Any platform you use to enter or share is fully released by you.
The information you give to enter is handled under the Klaxon Sports Privacy Policy. The Sponsor uses it to run the Promotion, verify entries and referrals, and contact winners. Entering does not require you to receive marketing email; that is a separate, optional choice you make when you sign up.
After the drawing, the Sponsor may publish the winners' usernames (not their real names or email addresses) on the site and in a launch announcement. For a list of winners, email [email protected] with the subject "Winners List" within 60 days after the drawing.
These Official Rules and the Promotion are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled on an individual basis. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live. If any part of these Rules is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
