These Terms are the agreement between you and Klaxon Sports LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, for your use of klaxonsports.com and anything we offer through it. Please read them. They are written to be clear rather than scary, but they are still a binding contract. Last updated: 1 July 2026.
By creating an account, joining our email list, entering a giveaway or promotion, or otherwise using the site, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. When you sign up you tick a box confirming you are 18 or older and that you agree to the Terms and the Privacy Policy, both linked right there. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We keep a record of which version you agreed to and when.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, join the list, enter a giveaway or promotion, or use Klaxon Sports. The service is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13, and if we find that we have, we will delete it. Some places set a higher age for prizes, and the applicable Official Rules handle that.
Klaxon Sports is an AI-anchored sports media brand. Today the service is a pre-launch page where you can join our email list and enter a giveaway or promotion. We plan to add a free live sports dashboard and daily AI-anchored recaps, and later some optional paid subscription tiers. The service is provided as it is and as available. We may add, change, pause, or remove features, and we may begin, change, or stop charging for parts of the service, at any time. If and when paid tiers launch, the price, billing, renewal, refund, and cancellation terms will be shown to you at checkout and will apply to those paid features.
You pick a display username. Keep your account details safe, use one account per person, and give us accurate information. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

From time to time we run giveaways, sweepstakes, contests, or other promotions. Each one is governed by its own Official Rules, published at the time, which control if they ever conflict with these Terms. Where a promotion is a sweepstakes, no purchase is necessary to enter or win and a purchase will not improve your chances. Promotions are void where prohibited or restricted by law, and you must be 18 or older and meet the eligibility requirements set out in the applicable Official Rules. Our promotions are run only by Klaxon Sports LLC and are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or connected with any sports league, team, athlete, social media platform, or other outside party. Klaxon Sports, the Klaxon name and logo, and all of our site content, software, design, and video, plus the AI anchor Heather Quinn (including her name, voice, likeness, and persona) are owned by Klaxon Sports LLC or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Heather Quinn is a synthetic character we created and control. Nothing here gives you any right to use her name, voice, likeness, or persona.
We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to view and use the service for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

Heather is a synthetic character, not a real person, and she does not give professional advice. Our content is made with AI and can contain errors, gaps, or out-of-date information. It is for general information, opinion, and entertainment only. It is not betting, financial, legal, or other professional advice. Please check anything important before you rely on it.
THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT SPORTS SCORES, STANDINGS, NEWS, OR RECAP CONTENT ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.
Some places do not allow certain warranties to be excluded, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms takes away rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your own country.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KLAXON SPORTS LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR $100.
Some places do not allow these limits. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, these limits do not affect your statutory rights.
You agree to defend and cover Klaxon Sports LLC and its officers, employees, and agents against any claims, damages, losses, and reasonable legal fees that come from your misuse of the service, your breach of these Terms or any law, your infringement of someone else's rights, or content you submit, such as your username.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to any dispute-resolution terms we add later, the state and federal courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version with a "Last updated" date, and for significant changes we will give reasonable notice, for example by email or a notice on the site. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service and you may close your account. If we ever make a significant change to a money term or to dispute resolution, we will ask you to agree again rather than rely on continued use.
You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access, remove content, or reclaim a username at any time if you break these Terms, misuse a promotion or the referral system, create risk or legal exposure for us, or for another reasonable operational or legal reason. The parts of these Terms that should naturally continue, including our content and brand rights, the disclaimer, the limit on our liability, the cover-certain-claims promise, governing law, and dispute resolution, stay in force after your account ends. Closing your account and deleting your data are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Your use of the service is also covered by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect (such as your email, username, favourite sports and teams, referral details, and consent record) and how we use it. We do not sell your personal information. By using the service you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
